The Chemical Brothers

Galvanize Live Show

We were asked by directors Adam Smith and Marcus Lyall to help design and create the stage visuals for the Galvanise section of The Chemical Brothers live tour.

The film was based on the movements of dancer Akram Khan of which we were provided with excellent motion capture data from Imaginarium.

We developed many different approaches for the design of the character, and working with the directors we finessed the look with particular consideration to matching the feel of the music and maintaining an appropriately bold and striking look for huge screens during live shows.
