Making every purchase a holiday
When you make purchases on your American Express card, you earn points to go on holiday with British Airways. There’s a little holiday in the things you buy.
Directed by Andy & Adeena for BlinkInk, Little Holidays Part 2, playfully brings this concept to life. We partnered with them to create whimsical miniature worlds for the campaign film.
The sets and backgrounds were crafted and shot in true stop-motion, giving each environment a tactile, handmade quality.
Onto these miniature worlds, we layered fully CG characters and vehicles, digitally rendered but designed to echo stop-motion quirks, including subtle frame skips, handcrafted imperfections, and physical lighting references. Each element was digitally hand-painted to ensure it felt part of the miniature world.
The result is a playful, cinematic campaign that fuses traditional and digital techniques, turning everyday purchases into a joyful, miniature escape.
